Founded by Aldrich Obach, The Urim Co. blends over a decade of experience designing systems for alignment, growth and meaningful change—shaped through work with leading companies like Google, HubSpot, Sprout Social and Deel.

Aldrich’s approach is grounded in both practice and research. He is a professionally accredited ICF coach and a current postgraduate candidate in the Master of Decision Analytics at UNSW Canberra. His work sits at the intersection of decision science, psychology and systems design—helping individuals and teams move forward with clarity and conviction.

The Urim Co. was born from a consistent pattern: high-potential people and organisations lose momentum when decisions become reactive, unsupported or misaligned.

Our name comes from the Urim. An ancient sacred object used by high priests in biblical times to seek divine guidance in decision making. Often paired with the Thummim, the Urim was not merely symbolic but instrumental in helping leaders discern the right course of action when clarity was most needed. It represented light, truth and revelation.

That same spirit guides every framework we build. In an age shaped by complexity and accelerated by AI, we offer something timeless: clarity with structure, decisions with depth and momentum with meaning.
